If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office. When using this service, we GUARANTEE the delivery of your parcel.
PLATINIUM EXPRESS POST

This service will require a signature when the parcel is delivered. When using this service, we GUARANTEE delivery of your parcel, however if delivery issues arise, we will assist by communicating with the Postal Service.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

• 7-14 days delivery
• $20 per order

This service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered.
If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
Please Note: International customers to this site warrant, understand and agree to the following:
- Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country
- Customers understand that if customs impounds the goods sent from us, charges &/or cost of goods will not be refunded.
- Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.
Your order will be processed same day, during normal business hours.
Please Note: For quickest delivery from time of placing your order, we recommend placing your order using our Credit Card payment option. Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. Credit Card payments are instant.
RETURNS
For faulty products, we offer a 14 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
For change of mind, we offer a 14 Day No Hassle Exchange Policy on the proviso that the exchange garment meets the conditions as set out in the below terms (see Policy For Returning Your Lingerie).
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.
Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Reason why you are returning the product
- Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, will help us tremendously. Also, if you haven not previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.
Policy for returning your Lingerie:
- The garment labels are still attached to the garment.
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled.
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way.
- The garment is accompanied by the original receipt.
Please Note:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits. Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
